The one thing I don't like much about Pete's forum is it shuts down way too early to accommodate many potential users that work the Night Shift.
No interaction, whatsoever, with the Night Shift posters that did register here.
Heck, it's only 11:50 PM, and it's dead.

This appears to be something this Forum lacks greatly towards excelling towards the future, if one wishes to continue keep these long-time, loyal posters interested in remaining here.
Please consider putting on some Night Owls to accommodate such posters that do exist here on your forum.
I mean why have a Night Shift Club if it shuts down at 8:00 PM?

well Islandgurl  its called sleepy...LOL..we get sleepy and have to turn in...its gonna be okay just go with the flow girl...

I can go with the flow, but we need to consider those that are Night Owls and accommodate for such activity as well.
Otherwise, they lose interest in the site.
I mean I work night shift, myself, and can't be here for them, or I would be.
I'm not quite retired as of yet..

But, there are others here posting that can be..
I just happened to call in sick tonite for snow.
Thus, my reason for being here.

On a more serious note, Princess, we need to accommodate ALL posters that wish to post here and keep them attracted to Pete's forum.
They matter to all of us and it's important that we make an endeavour to try to do such.
For this forum, and to its future success.

Yes, it is Texas Pete's responsibility as the creator of this forum/Administrator, but there is much more that some others can do that are retired to assist him in these off-light hours that I have spoke of.  You have done such, whenever you could.

If this forum wishes to excel in this area and keep posters - we need to make provisions to accomodate those night-time posters.

I understand that people work night shifts but a lot of us don't or are retired so we go to bed. Some of us also have families that take up some of our lives and other activities that do.

Perhaps, we'll do better conversing in your Recipe thread where I first felt your kindness.

I work night shifts, care for both my grandchildren during my days (so my daughter & her husband can both tend to their own work obligations -avoiding $2,000 in daycare costs and keeping my grandchildren SAFE) and, yet, I still find time for my peaceful escape here at (Texas Pete's Forum)
So, don't speak to me about any family obligations- I know all about those and perform them faithfully - each and every day.

What YOU need to do(as a Moderator) is address the issue here that I spoke of and find some solutions to correct it, or better yet, just let Texas Pete do it!
I won't be addressing this issue again until it's resolved, and done in a respectable manner, by Pete.

Seeing as how you addressed on a forum that Pete allowed to be a mod of than I can and will address it and if you don't like that tough. You seem to think we should all live  on here 24/7 and we don't.  If you are as busy as you claim than it is a wonder you have any time to posts at all. Don't like that than don't posts on here at all where all of us do have other things to do in our lives than cater to you.
