They  probably went bancrupt and went under another name, BIG busisness's get away with that all the time.

AND, I will add they keep the name too, for false advertising to fool people they are getting a quality product, then the new owners make sht product. but you cant keep folling people forever. Cuz when they eat sht they know it, and will not shop there.
