Agreed! We all need to be in a union because big businesses have theirs, so why should we not have them?

I keep hearing Unions got crooked, I don't know if its the other side brainwashing people to avoid good working conditions or if Unions did go sour over the years. All I know is Unions are good, I need more recent studies on how Ubions work today to make a judgement call about unions.

But you are right, we all need unions to protect the workers.

Question about a post I made a few days ago.

I made a post with 2 words, Bite me. These 2 words posted, then later was changed to Bi m.
I know bad words get starred, filtered on posts. So just wondering if this word was filtered or was there another issue as to how it got changed since it wasn't starred automatically and changed to Bi m.

Get back to me when you can, I just need to know what happened.

Forgot to add, I didn't know Bite me were bad words, but if they are considered bad words here, again, just wondering if they were filtered on my post or something else happened when it changed to Bi m.

I wasn’t even in a Union not until I had troubles with the office who couldn’t manage their business on their best day. 🤣

When the Union man overheard our conversation he asked me if I wanted something done to which I asked if he could and he told them that if they didn’t give me the pay I was deserved that they would see the union lawyers the next day. Let’s just say they cake around and gave me the pay I was to get with a bonus. And from that moment on I paid my union dues.

It was well worth it.
