And apparently Facebook is having the same issue with internet explorer.

I would just like to extend my appreciation to all those members that provided suggestions and assistance with trying to help to resolve that issue.
I disabled some programs - tried for over an hour with the same results.
Then I gave up trying..

I'll still have fun posting on the threads without that feature, but I will miss it.

Giving up isn't an option... You can access the emoji panel in windows 10 by pressing the windows key and ;

Glad you got it figured out, IG.  I have a Windows based laptop...Windows 7.  Haven't fired it up in a couple years.  I prefer Mac...even encient ones...

Yes, I will always remain most grateful for Prince's final winning solution as this is the only way I can utilize this feature on TP'S forum.
I think most everyone likes to be able to do this while posting on forums - from time to time - at least I do.
There are times when you just wish to express one's post a little further with a smiley face, perhaps, or even a kiss.  lol
It's just a personal feature that I really wanted available to me as well as others when posting, and Prince was able to make that happen for me.🎶
