Hello, Mr. Cowface.
Thank you for your feedback.

But, you're showing as "logged out" at least to me when you are not on. When one is logged in, it shows a green light by our profiles.
Also, the owners of this website ask us to log out each time after finishing posting, so they can gather true statistics as to the actual traffic flow coming in and out of their site.
Perhaps, this is a small request for us to be able to post on their hosting site free, as nothing comes free.

Gosh, what to do, red light or green light?
Interesting when I am not online here on the site I expect it shows me logged out or not online and when I am online I am a green light. I was not aware of a request that we log out... is this so? I am on several devices.

I don't log out either but I think after 15 minutes the forum logs you out.

Look at the members list and you will see a green light by the ones that are logged in.

Thanks my friend Pete... I did not think logging out of password was necessary. When I shut down the page online I become logged out and show off line. But my phone may still show me online... unless the phone goes into sleep mode.

I have always been logged in... just not always online. My green light probably goes out when I go offline... but I am still logged in. I never have to log back in when I come back... cause I stiall am always. Go figure.

Never, say never, Cyg.
I pop up when one least expects me to.
How are you, friend?

Wouldn't a hacker have to know another's IP Address in order to be booted directly off of Pete's private forum?
I didn’t see you so I didn’t know. You seemed like you were stressed, so that’s what I was going by. Guess I was wrong.
Good to see you friend. 🙂
I’m good. How are you?

I had one of those problems earlier today, so I’m pretty sure they can read your IP address.
To bad they’re not getting their way.

Is all good Deja. I too believe that he really is a good guy with a heart of gold.
We are all here to share our stories and feelings expressing experiences of who we are and those others that have touched us in some way and Sprocket would be no different.

My apologies if either he, you, or anyone else believe that I have done him wrong, but it is without doubt in my opinion that Sprocket has a troubled soul just as reflected in his writings and attacks on people that have befriended him through no fault of their own.  Yet, he would belittle and berated at any given time, and for whatever reasons, I have no clue. But it will never mean that I will slam the door in his face as he’s done to mine and many other’s to include Princess Hey who has been there for him for a long time.

Just thought to shorten it some and thanks for your kind thoughts.
Best to you and yours
~Cygnus

Please don't take what I said about Sprocket as taking up for him, because I wasn't.  I've had my own run-ins with him.  It's so strange he was a regular gentleman in the pm box and on the phone but I noticed when he had an audience he liked to throw his weight around.

I've been embarrassed by him many times so I learned to just stay away from him.  It's a shame how he treated Princess Hey, but she knows how he is and I'm sure she forgives him.  I think we should all forgive him for how he is.  In the words of my own dear Mother, she would have said, "Please forgive him, Lord, Sprocket has the I-can't-help-its."

On Topix, he told people in Oz he was bipolar and he apologized.  He also said he tried getting help but was turned down.  Nothing more needs to be said, thank you, Cygnus.

No. I didn’t take it as such when I was just explaining how I feel. And you’re right about him. He can be very nasty in a crowded room and that’s why I left for a while before things go outta hand.

And that’s exactly how I feel about him - forgiveness is the answer. But I don’t think I will hang around that much with Sprocket because I found out in a hurry how he becomes venomously angry for attention and will betray his friends in a heartbeat.
I think it’s so sad that he can’t get a grip on himself to steer himself in the right direction.
But I don’t think he’ll ever change cause he get a rush from it.

And I missed everything he did to Princess because I got very busy at the time.
You’re welcome, Deja, anytime.

He could get help if he really wanted help, but I have my doubts that he ever will.
Most that have psychological problems really didn’t notice and it’ll take his family to see it through.

I don’t own one, however, you can always use your cell phone to take the image and download it to your computer.
Hope this helps.

Thanks, II saw this last night too, taks some getting used to. On the Ma it's so much easier and handy, the screen shots go right on the desk top allowing you to see the shots as u go.

I still say the Mac structure is much more easy to use than any windows platform.
