Your Like/Dislike feature is on just like everyone else, however it doesn't show for you just like mine doesn't show for me but everyone else can see it. I can't give myself like or dislike and you can't give them to yourself. That's why we don't see them on our own accounts. Nobody else sees their own either but they see everyone else's. I hope that clears it up for you. It's not a glitch and it's nothing against you. It's the same exact way for everyone.
