I'm really starting to get pissed off here, Pete.
They are still "NOT WORKING" for me.
I just tried it again on my very last post to Cyg, but to no avail.

Please have Icno provide me with a solution that will actually work for me.
I try to copy & paste my choice and attach it to my post, but it still remains out there lost in outer-space.

Give me the step by step instructions on how to use these..
If that doesn't work, I'll contact the owners of this website to seek further guidance as to why mine have been disabled.

I'm sorry you're having a difficult time with the emojis. I checked your account and it's set up on our end just like everyone else's. I have no idea why you aren't able to use the emoji or attachment feature. Personally I've never used the attachment feature but I have used the emojis. 

I don't know if it makes any difference but under the post box there's a section titled "Attachments and other options" and under that there are several boxes. Are any of those boxes checked by any chance?

I'm sure we'll be able to figure out what the problem is but it might not be instantaneous. Please remember, this is new to all of us. In a perfect world, we'd know all the answers but as you're aware, this isn't a perfect world.
