I’m doing all mine with a original garden claw…old farmalls need a lot of care
Garden claws are cool...I use one to plant a row or 2 of pole beans right in my immediate yard.....I bought this 1940 farmall in 1990 and I haven't done a thing to it except repair tires. No maintenance whatsoever and When the oil gets low I put used oil in it...Never changed the oil filter, spark plugs or done anything to it since....I used it last year and I started it with a hand crank...I only paid 500 dollars for it with the 2 bottom plow drags and wagon...I have other equipment much newer but it would be really hard to fit up a half acre with my other stuff with the few trees all over it but the farmall is just the ticket...I hope it runs without too much hassle one more year...
