✅ Change One Letter Out Of Three ✅

My first car was a '78 Mustang.  The I started collecting Trans Ams.  I've had about a dozen or so over the years.  The one I have now I've owned for 12 years.  I finished restoring it 9 years ago.

I had one of these...it was in pretty bad shape when I got it.  Lots of rust.

I never finished that one.  It needed floor pans, and I wasn't up to the challenge.  My first T/A was like this one.  A previous owner yanked the stock 400 and put in an Old 455 Rocket motor...lucky me!

I think my favorite was an '83 SE...you could get everything the Trans Am had on it, plus about a half dozen options that you couldn't  even get on the T/A...mine had every option.  It was red like this one:

I have a friend that bought a 1979 Pontiac TranAm with a stock 455 engine, is still all original A-1 shape, and garage kept.
Beautiful car!

And with only 47,000 miles.

My brother had a brand new T/A ‘83 that was fully loaded with a T-top - White! Nice car.
