Ayatollah of Rock 'n' Rolla" is a 2013-2014 song by the metal band Soulfly, featuring Neil Fallon of Clutch, from their album Savages. The song's title, which refers to a Southern metal-style track, was inspired by a quote from the film Mad Max 2. It is also a well-known nickname for wrestler Chris Jericho.

Nah I was never pumped up for school and I never owned a boombox, others had it. By the time I graduated high school it was a war on the bus with two or three boomboxes, hard rock vs hip hop, I lived in a racially mixed community and that was reality, music wise.. Driver had to stop the bus to shut them up once but never stopped..

Sounds like that movie death wish with the boom box wars.. so you didn't like riding the bus?.. the bus driver had no control..
