Yeah, air miles wise, it is like a 2 to 3 hour flight.

I have been to Dallas, by plane and by land. Airport is humongous, up there with O Hare, LAX, etc..

Been to Denver via connecting flight. Big airport there too, like miles long it seems. Charlotte has reached that level and is now major but like 10th largest in US…

San Diego is not that impressive, neither is Cincinnati nor Baltimore (not DC), Pittsburgh had a very huge airport once , dunno if it is still among the top 15 anymore due to lack of industry/population that can afford such…

Columbia is small, so was JAX, dunno about today’s status of latter….

I have plenty of experience cross country flying but vast majority of it was years ago…

I have been to the Space Needle.

Seattle has plenty of attractive landscape visible for at least 50 miles..

Boats don't scare me and I don't get seasick. The straight of Juan De Fuca was very choppy .

It takes 90-minute, 22.59 nautical miles on the M.V.Coho. .

Victoria BC is a beautiful city.

I have been there once but we were not there long. Spent time in Vancouver as well as Niagara Falls.
Those are the only Canadian places I have been to, just 3 locations..

Looking at Subslime I gotta laugh, I have been insulted well worse than him and still keep my composure.

I have flown from San Diego to Phoenix and once you reach high altitude either way it is time to descend. I remember the trip was less than 30 minutes by air…

By highway it takes awhile to get there…..

I actually enjoyed it whenever I can afford it, took a flight 2 years ago to SC but drove back. Had to connect in Charlotte going down…

Same way from Indy to Chicago. About 25 minutes on an express. About 3-4 hours to drive.
