Does he have a vocational career counselor that can help him with that? I know here kids who have a disability can get a vocational type counselor who can help them get that. My late father in law worked on the Illinois Central before it was bought out for over 25 years. It was a great job.
Yeah that's his social worker ... she knows all the options and she works with the school and his degree program. He works at 3 places and it's all coordinated with the state and his social worker. She works at the nearby state office but also goes to their school a lot. If he loses a job once he's and adult they will help find him a new one.
