Thats what I mean, the news said he signed a will 2 day prior to his death and that all possessions go to his only living aire, his brother. Now I hear money could be tied up for years with his victoms for years.
I think by doing this will thing 2 days prior to his hanging this could mean suicide or maybe not - could go either way, needs more investigation.
It will take forever to to go through this mess. His will and estate will have to be probated first and that can take anywhere from 6 months to a year plus creditors will have to be paid if any. By the time, this all gets done, there may be no money for the victims, no matter how much money he supposedly had.
