I very much agree.

So, do you think the federal government should be enforcing its marijuana laws in Colorado?  It's illegal federally. That's tentherism or federalism.

Hah! You're ruled by federal bureaucracies and there ain't a thing you can do about it.

If the government has complete and absolute power over the people, that's totalitarianism. This is a repressive, unfree type of society.

Just stop lying for the liar in chief. 🙏
"I don't do cover-ups," the president said, responding to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's comments earlier.

Not the "crew" but I have bumped into a couple of the occasional posters on Reddit Politics (New). You probably won't like that forum.

You really should really take that to your holier than thou republicans and see what they can do, eh? Cause last I looked they seem to think that “somehow states have jurisdiction over the federal government” that actually has the final say on anything. Period.

BTW, I think Alabama went too far and that law will probably be overturned in the supreme court.
Lower courts, even Republican majority like the 11th circuit have to follow laws made by Supreme Court, so I think it will be stuck down, as unconstitutional. A Republican judge out of Georgias federal court admitted he didn't like it, but law, is law. I can't see it making it to the Supreme Court, but there's already a couple of cases being weighed in on that themselves could dismantle small portions of Roe v Wade.

Teaman if you're looking for some old political posters, I saw on Reddit when reading some had signed up with Political Jack. You could check there.

Not jurisdiction over, but separate jurisdictions. States don't enforce money counterfeit laws for one example. There is a jurisdiction "over" when states are involved with discrimination, fraud, corruption, and so forth.

By your answer, I take it you're in favor of the federal government enforcing their anti-marijuana laws in Colorado?

I agree. The supreme court should strike down Alabama's law. Although the decision (Roe v. Wade) recognizes the state's right to regulate abortions, this is an outright ban.

Political Jack? I'll check it out. Thanks.
