The biggest problem we have in the US is that many are inclined to convict others that should be presumed innocent...
We agree on something. Huh, who da thunk.
We are all to be presumed innocent until PROVEN GUILTY. But now we have a kangaroo court with laws that allows anyone to make an accusation with law enforcement officials that act on this, put you behind bars and all on word of mouth instead of following the evidence where it leads.
