All we need is a month. That should give us enough time to get the stimulus. Plus,we have saved all we can. But....after having been homeless in Houston....I'm terrified of being homeless again....

Automatic deposit. That's why everyone is so confused. SSI recipients get their money deposited in their bank accounts. Should have been EASY to send us the stimulus.Like the last two times.

I post here because I like to talk to regular people. Not people like me. I'm mainly self-educated. I'm the person that people pass by and think, "thank God that isn't me".
 That's what they did when I was under that bridge in Houston....after working twenty years in the post office...I think I have a unique perspective on America. Even how I fkd up my post office retirement is an amazing story.
I used to buy a new car every two years. Once I even owned two new trucks at the same time.
But...funny....just when you think you've got it made....life laughs at you...

"In Michigan, only adults over the age of 21 may use cannabis legally.

Michigan law requires that anyone using cannabis must do so in private, such as in their own residence. It is illegal to use cannabis in a public place, such as on the street or at the park.

You may possess up to 10 ounces of cannabis in your residence, you may not carry more than 2.5 ounces of cannabis on your person when out in public.


In Michigan, adults may grow up to 12 marijuana plants at their own residence for their personal use. However, adults may not grow marijuana plants that are visible from a public place."


So basically it's a free-for-all.
