So what's everyone's views on the Covington Catholic kids and the issue there? I think to be honest, everyone was in the wrong.

Sad and hate that  people threatened the kids, the school and the kid's parents.

Not to the point of people being threatened and even kids who weren't at this event who attend school there to be threatened,  that is ridiculous and not necessary.

I read that.
What's  the thoughts on a woman getting an abortion when she is due to have the baby? I think most of you know I am against abortions but that is me. I don't hold it against someone if they have one but I never could have.

I saw that. People were complaining that a crowd was yelling “Lock Him Up...” Ironically enough, it was Roger Stone that coined that phrase for Hillary Clinton.

And now he is the one getting locked up.

Karma.

I’d say there will also be karma for the kids that support DJT. They too are egging it on.

I do not believe a huge proportion of people are for abortion except  to cover up infidelity, which several "pro lifers" would do in a heartbeat. I think it is more of an issue that women object to having their bodies controlled by politicians, judges etc. I believe the goal of pro lifers is to force women to stay at home like it was 100 years ago and have ten children since they want contraceptives banned while the men work. I will always believe the pro life movement is a racket to keep dividing people over stuff that generally is no issue out of the ordinary.

I blame the kids more than the others, there were over 30 of threm and about a handful of other haters and native Americans and those are kids around 15-18 years old and they are a bunch of tough guys and bullies in that group, why adults want to undersestimate their abilities and proclaim them "victims" is beyond me. That group caused the problems as well as the chaperones who were not taking control of the group. My feeling is they provoked the situation and a few witnesses came out saying the same thing.

I agree with you. Totally agree!
Biblical men want women as incubators and subservient, or “slaves” to men.
Despicable.

It’s as if they think that women are lesser beings than men when they are equals.
We all have personal freedoms that are granted under the constitution of the United States.
To include women.

I too read the article and am in complete agreement with you.
Bullies are very much among that crowd of children and I don’t feel the least bit sorry for those who are instigating all the trouble in the first place.

As Alyssa Milano says the red MAGA hats are the new white sheets and those kids
should not have worn those hats on a field trip!

Acrually, the whole thing got blown out of proportion and was started by a different  group. According to some news sources, Mr. Phillips thought he was trying to protect the kids and there has been talks that though he is a veteran he is not a Vietnam veteran and that he is known for causing controversy.  I will say for a kid to stand there and not to say anything was different. I don't think we will ever find out the truth on any of it.
I will say that when chaperoning high school kids that you give them some freedoms with a guideline on where and when to meet you because they are high school kids not elementary or middle school kids.
