Those who built the whole system know it will never be secure...under any circumstances.....It is an ongoing game of cat and mouse game between those who exploit the system and those who patch things up Not all hackers are nefarious however.....Some of us point out vulnerabilities to various parties to prevent exploitation....
Im sure there are some honest Abes out there. That dont want to risk getting caught in their schemes, and play by th4e rules.
