Paul Ryan was forced into the speakership, he did not want it because he seen that the teabaggers had Boner by the balls and feared the same thing would happen to him, it got just a tad worse when Trump won. Ryan was scared of getting voted out if he went against the cult's (that he represenented) will. The GOP is scared of their own base than they are of Twitz...
