1 Sugar cube
2 drops Angustura bitters
3/4 oz cognac
1/2 cup champagne
A squeeze of orange and zest twist

Place sugar cube in a chilled flute
Sprinkle in the bitters and let it
soak into the sugar for about a minute.

Pour in chilled cognac and swirl
the glass gently to combine.

Top off with champagne.
Add the orange juice and
zest twist for garnish.
Serve and say, “Cheers!” 🥂
