These small towns with police forces… think about how much work they’d have if drugs weren’t getting into those small areas… The drugs they let in to keep their jobs and big money grants coming in… it’s all connected …. Wouldn’t be much crime if you asked me if they actually did their job … but if they did they would lose theirs
