I seen them get on what I call a drunk.. I mean wine and whiskey everyday months even walk around the city partying I’ve never seen anyone that fked up.. I guess it’s all they had back in the day or could get.. these folks never got hurt or injured omg just partied .. they’d say they’re out on a drunk you’ll see em in about 6 months
