I believe a self congratulation from Trump needs to be delayed, his people did say they were gonna declare "victory" last week in order to dismiss reality. The popcorn needs to be stocked. This will continue for awhile maybe up to the election and beyond, it is not easy to dismiss, why they are using such strategy I dunno, those doing the high fives right now  has never read it...

I am willing to reserve judgement until the report is released, until then their word ring hollow, no four sheet bullet points of a several chapters long report proves anything and this is just semantics being discussed...

“While this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him,” Mr. Barr quoted Mr. Mueller as writing.

“It was a complete and total exoneration,” Mr. Trump told reporters in Florida before boarding Air Force One. “It’s a shame that our country had to go through this. To be honest, it’s a shame that your president has had to go through this.”
