Question- I learned cursive isn't being taught in schools anymore. I learned this when my grandso said he couldn't read the notes we wrote in greeting cards.

How does one sign a signature?
FOX bait, similar to the Merry Christmas bullsht.

California's jungle primary is very successful. California is now basically a one party state.

I’ve read yours, now read mine. I believe we’ll have to agree to disagree.

Like Waco indicated, a constitutional republic. A republic, representative voting, isn't much different from a democracy, direct voting. A constitution that restrains government makes a difference.

Someone should take his phone. As long as he’s seen in a weakened state our national security is in question.
He could start a war. He's not competent. He changes his mind daily.

FOX bait, similar to the Merry Christmas bullsht.

Their major soap opera "War on Christmas" turns 20. It is the same act, cannot say "Merry Chrismas" because of "liberals" but caught going to "holiday parties" and Fox got caught selling "holiday" ornaments for years..

Total projection. Dunno who invented that soap opera, probably Brent Bozo, hell is he still alive? I had not seen that volcanic blowhard in about a decade, never comes out of its bubble if he is alive. Brat nephew of  the late Bill Buckley...

Trump says Gold Star families could have given him Covid-19

“They come within an inch of my face, sometimes,” the president said of the families of America’s war dead.

Problem is that the Rose Garden Gathering where so many were infected was the night before the Gold Star Family gathering.

None of his aides or advisors can read a calendar?

Read the words of the people who founded the country. Social media and news media are not reliable these days.
America is not,and never has been a pure democracy.
If it was, marijuana would be legal in every state.
   To give an example.
The states with the largest populations could dictate laws in states with smaller populations.
The main flaw of a pure democracy is that a very slim majority can dictate laws to a very large minority.
This inevitably would lead to armed conflict.

Hah!  L Brent Bozell III truly doesn't visit his office anymore but phones in tips to young writers he doesn't even know.

He hangs around his house most days dressed like Hugh Hefner.

Courts Are Taking Away One of Americans’ Best Options for Fixing Voting

https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2020/10/courts-are-taking-option-fixing-voting/616634/

The best thing you'll read today...

Out of their jurisdiction. There is no federal law adressing it.

The Court issued its decision in Rucho and Lamone on June 27, 2019. In the 5–4 majority opinion, the Court ruled that "partisan gerrymandering claims present political questions beyond the reach of the federal courts", vacating and remanding the lower courts' decisions with instructions to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. Chief Justice John Roberts delivered the majority opinion, joined by Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh.[21] Roberts made clear that partisan gerrymandering can be distasteful and unjust, but that states and Congress have the ability to pass laws to curb excessive partisan gerrymandering.[3]

Justice Elena Kagan wrote the dissenting opinion, joined by Justices Ginsburg, Breyer, and Sotomayor. Kagan's opinion was critical of the majority: "Of all times to abandon the Court's duty to declare the law, this was not the one. The practices challenged in these cases imperil our system of government. Part of the Court's role in that system is to defend its foundations. None is more important than free and fair elections. With respect but deep sadness, I dissent."[3]

Of course, you have Kagan creating law in the judiciary. No surprise there.

More and more states are legalizing recreational marijuana.
Because a majority of voters favor that.

Despite niche cases, it’s not looking good for the future of cursive (in the United States, at least). It’s not faster to write, it doesn’t help with learning the language and people simply have fewer and fewer occasions to practice writing it. Unless you’re designing wedding invitations, there’s simply not much use for cursive.

Who is even going to be able to read a wedding invitation?
