Snopes is a joke! Keep going!
Snopes is a very unbiased fact based site. Too bad you are too stupid to know that.

Yeah it makes sense that the guy who co-founded Microsoft and donates millions to green energy has a plan for the population.

Wait for it...

Republicans have clearly sold their soul for any future vote. These hearings, and Trump's actions are beyond disturbing, and an embarrassment.

That's the purpose of it all, Duckie.

There are more important things to worry about, like overturning an election.

How so?

Is there a provision for not being able to confront a secret witness against him in the 6th amendment?

What high crime or misdemeanor was established?
There is no due process in an impeachment, the 6th amendment does not apply.  Impeachment is a political process not a legal one.

High crime and misdemeanor is a nebulous term, one can be impeached for any reason.

I believe he was talking about the trial in the Senate, not the impeachment. There is due process.

Yet you were referencing confronting a witness, presumably the whistleblower.

We don't really know very much about what happens in a senate impeachment adjudication, there hasn't been one in 150 years and that one was shaky.

What? Bill Clinton's doesn't count?

That was presided over by Chief Justice William Rehnquist.

Why Do Republicans Keep Talking About Someone Named Alexandra Chalupa?

This is something I wrote about yesterday, but as Nunes is mentioning it again I figured it was worth re-upping:

Referring to the whistleblower, they want his ID known so they can be injured or exploited by someone or others in their nutcase base. There was a reason Deep Throat's ID was not revealed until over thirty years later...

No. It's more about the motivation behind a report that now seems to be not aligning with testimony and there is a 6th amendment right to confront your accuser.

Nixon's case fell under a special counsel investigation. Nixon resigned before an impeachment hearing began.
