True. the makeup of congress will insure no conviction will occur since 66 Senators has to vote yes to convict. the gov't needs an overhaul and rid the country of the two party system and let all politicians make their own decisions instead of being threatened to take away committee assignments, etc by their majority leader as well as being primaried. Lobbying needs to be cut out too...
