Trump: Biden dresses funny.
That’s interesting. I was just thinking today how nice Joe Biden dressed.

I worked in a dirty punk rock dive bar for much of my college years.  I'd give a pretty penny for tapes of some of those conversations.
Excellent point.....Post of the day.....thank you Der....

The fact that he isn't a pathological liar and a braggart is also a good look in a president.

"...Ex-GOP congresswoman says party is on the way to being ‘fringe’ within ‘three or four years’..."
Three or four years?  I'd say about three or four months......ago.

Biden should set up a committee to add to the size of the Supreme Court.
He did set up a commission to look at SCOTUS reform.

"...Trump-supporting evangelicals must repent after turning blind eye to his evil

Like many Americans, I’m mystified by how so many evangelical Christians turned a blind eye to former President Donald Trump’s moral depravity and constant attacks on civility and democracy over the last four years.

Some 8 in 10 white evangelical Christian voters again supported Trump in 2020, and a faith adviser to the president expressed unequivocal support for him even after the attack at the United States. Capitol on Jan. 6.

“No conservative president has done more than Donald Trump to champion Christian values,” Ralph Reed told the Washington Post.

Really? My conservative parents and Sunday school teachers at the Methodist church in my hometown of Turlock taught me that, in the long run, nothing good comes from associating with an evil man like Trump.

It’s high time for Trump evangelicals to come to their senses about the faith’s central truths and to read what the Bible says matters most to God: love, character and honesty. They must see that Trump clearly fits both the definition of a “fool” in the book of Proverbs, as well as the seven “things” that God finds “detestable.”..."

Hey, Pete, thanks for moving the logout to the end. I had hit that so many times when it was under home.
I got rid of the calendar to save space.

The religious right is rife with hypocrisy.  How could anyone that professes to be a Christian support an amoral fiend like Trump?  How could they support the ridiculous wars we wage? They constantly yammer about the "sanctity of life" when they are blathering about the abortion debate, yet they are all for capital punishment.
Religious people are notorious frauds. One can handily  dismiss everything they say as delusional rubbish.

And that is marked in the article.
"...As Christians, we should be the light of the world, not part of its darkness. When evangelicals give political cover to Trump, they’re identified with hatred, dishonesty and smallness. The hypocrisy is not lost on the world, and the result is a loss of moral authority.

This unholy alliance especially turns off young people to Christianity..."

Christianity will be here long after TRUMP has been squeezed out of the nether regions of a worm.
