Beginning Wednesday, the same kind of forgivable loans and Paycheck Protection under the CARES Act that has been handed out like candy to large businesses will be made available to the self-employed, sole proprietors and small businesses with under 20 employees. For the two weeks beginning Wednesday, priority will be given to the smallest businesses which make up 98% of the small businesses in this country.
