Texas gets 28% of its energy from green energy. More than any other state. Texas should be commended,not bitterly attacked because it's embracing green energy.
I think it's important to understand what's been going on with the Texas energy grid.
Of the 28%, 23% is wind. That's also the calculated maximum capacity and only reached a few days a year. Average annual contribution is minimal. Additionally, the US grid is built and maintained at 120+% of maximum demand. Transmission is capable coast to coast, if nessessary.
Frozen windmills or snow covered solar panels had nothing to do with it, all fake news!
