The fact is democrats and their allies, the teacher unions, control the largest school districts in the country and have more or less had a free hand to run their school districts anyway they see fit. They have in fact, with the results being god awful. They don't know sh1t ... think they do ... get sh1t results when they implement their policies ... have for decades and it's only gotten worse. They keep blaming it on funding too.
