Bologna containing pork is prohibited because it could possibly contain foreign animal disease.

Minneapolis to hire influencers to spread messaging during trial over George Floyd's death    CBS News

Not all the money going to them, but still a crazy amount being spend, and very strangly. Do they not already have a public relations person on staff?

"On Friday, the council approved $1,181,500 for communication with the community during the trial, CBS Minnesota reports.

The city says social media partners will help dispel potential misinformation, and that the influencers will intentionally target Black, Native American, Somali, Hmong and Latinx communities with their messaging. Each influencer will be paid $2,000."

Spending tax money to spread lies online?  Yeah, that sounds like a legit thing to do.

Speaking of "sounds like a legit thing to do" /s

"...Oklahoma legislators are working to pass another bill, HB 2273. It's a companion bill to SB 6 which is working it's way through the state senate. Both bills would make it illegal to photograph or video law enforcement and publish it on an online site, forum or social media platform..."

Seems that those 1A Auditors and copwatchers and making a difference and scaring bad cops.

I can't see that passing Constitutional muster but some folks will be jailed before it can wind its way through the courts. Anyone who votes for this tripe should be sent to a Federal prison for a number of years. --And you know it will be republicans.

Oklahoma Supreme Court will kill it. Not only is it unconstitutional , it's got to make you wonder what they're trying to cover up this time.

So I am repairing some cracks in the plaster in my office.  The hardware store only had one small bucket of mud and another small bucket of some gimmicky stuff that goes on pink and dries white.  Within minutes of putting this stuff on the walls it has turned white.  I know damned well that it isn't dry.  What is the point?

I don't have an office. I sit at a bench with machines on it. In a big garage. Sometimes snakes slither in. Floods all the time. I got a machine to suck up the water. Builds character.

What is it that DAP sht?  I hate that. But sometimes it's all they sell at little stores.  No matter what it is, it's best to let it dry overnight.

Think I used that stuff once. It should be dry soon.
