Clinton did no such thing nor did she instruct anyone else to use bleachbit or hammers to destroy evidence under subpoena.
The IG inspector cited in the article says subpoenaed evidence was destroyed. Whether Clinton herself ordered it is for debate. The FBI characterized it as a mishap. A mishap and you wonder why Comey was fired.
