Some 50 years ago I went to this small town bar on a Saturday night. It might have been in Holgate or McClure Ohio. They had a live band playing. I sat with my friends around a table drinking some beers and listening to the band. I became enthralled with the female singer performing. She was pelting out the songs one after another with soooo much feeling. I drank my beers with my friends, but all the while I could not take my attention off this female singer. I was really, really grooving to her music and singing. Shortly after the band took a break. All my buddies headed to the can, but I stayed at our table. Then next thing I know this female lead singer walked over to my table and sat down with me and asked "Do You Have Something to Say To Me?" I said "Yes I do have something to say to you". WOW! Where did that come from? I have to run to the can now so I will finish this story later.

Such a beautiful Love Story of you and the Mrs Cowface......Should make it into a song and make a fabulous video for it.......WOW fifty years ago and seems like only yesterday, when i saw my true love for the very first time, i'll never forget the look on that face.....MMMMmmmm & her smile as sweet as ever today....see how our lives pass by in just a twinkling of an eye....and all the times we wasted and wished our lives away..........so sad...

Forget everything I've said... this is a new story. The stories and history all run together and get muddled. No, I never killed anybody or robbed a bank. I did however live in a hippie commune back in 1973 for most of a year. We all had duties to contribute. We got up each day and all were expected to do their duties around the commune. After all, it was a commune so we all did it all together. My job was to pick up trash all around the grounds each morning and then to clean the men's bathroom. I also painted all the ceilings in the old school building we were using for a commune. My room was an old class room. I often wondered if it was the old English room.  Anyway I learned nothing from sleeping in there. I learned plenty from the whole experience however.

I had a past run-in with a car salesman years ago. This is a good story for people car hunting. I found a brand new car in Billoxi MS which I was ready to buy. In the office and talking with the dealer he happened to mention that he was a pro bass fisherman. He said the dealership let him work there seasonally and he fished on the pro circuit all summer. I mentioned that me and my son love to  bass fish and we  fished some local tournaments. I mentioned that we loved to eat bass. The guys eyes lit up and he said he was a "Catch & Release Fisherman", and I said we ate anything that was big enough to eat. Well, those were fighting words then and the salesman said "Well you would never ride in my boat!" And I said "We eat all and any good fish!" We were about to come to blows when I got up and walked out. There was no car sold at that dealership that day. I went up the road and bought a car elsewhere.
