I completely understand your concerns over the Ark exhibition and the endorsement via tax dollars. However, the endorsement was not given because of the religious affiliation but rather as an attempt to enhance tourism within our state. Hence, the reason for the location being in close proximity to Cincinnati. Like it or not, Kentucky is part of what's considered the "Bible Belt" and the presumption could be made that activities and exhibits relating to the Bible might render a larger audience. In addition, the existence of the Ark has been proven by archeologists although the biblical knowledge might still be questioned.
No, not when Kentucky has hate pouring from the established government that has been taken over by religious cults who want nothing more than to give away everything to church establishments in order to make laws that discriminate against anyone that are not independent or suffer from indoctrination, or anything that those established religions do not want within the state.

If he, you, or anyone within the state wanted such tourism then why didn’t anyone within the state put up a special fundraising effort for such a cause without the use of government funds?
It’s all religious bull paid for by the state.
