I just cant do it..when the water gets up to my tummy I just lose it....I can play in the water and go out a little ways but everyone has to leave me alone

My daughter has a similar fear of horses. She loved riding when she began taking lessons, then the horse spooked, it ran and then threw her. Cannot convince her to try again. The opposite is one of my stepdaughters, who was afraid of horses and many other things, now she is almost fearless and loves to ride.
