It’s funny, but when you are away from what Topix had become for a while, seeing someone who still hasn’t gotten over it reminds me of all that was wrong with Topix. Some people just use that “you’re not real” crap to make themselves feel better. It’s not new and I’m not the least bit impressed by it. Life’s way too short to worry about crap like that.
I concur. Life is simply too short to worry over the nonsense of someone who you will most likely never meet. But in the end, it is they who will have nothing for giving other people grief when it’s not warranted.

However, in my opinion a forum isn’t just about fun and games, not about jokes and laughter; not when you have actually made friends that you can count on to the point to one day having an encounter with them.
Even if only a few people..then you are a lucky person.

But trust comes a long way before this can ever take shape.
