No.  I don't think they even work for us.  They work for their party and their donors, not the average American.  Most Americans are easily manipulated and partisan too.  Not that I am perfect and see everything accurately as it is playing out in real time, but I have always been more of an independent and that allows me to criticize both sides equally, even if I was wrong in real time and supported the party as it played out, only to see how it played out behind the scenes or in actuality seeing the bad effects of something I originally supported.  It's okay to admit you were wrong.  Being wrong can be a good teaching experience for yourself, but you can't learn from it if you refuse to even acknowledge that you were wrong.

I don't even like that we have only two parties.  Too many are blindly loyal to one or the other and incapable of self-criticism of that party or themselves for supporting certain policies that have shown to be detrimental.  They don't even look at the detrimental aspects.  They ignore or gloss over them or repeat the lies or half-truths told to them by politicians to explain it all away.

Their donors are trying to get the most money from the average American and trying to pay the least in taxes.  That explains our fiscal national debt situation and not having universal healthcare and many other things.  Somebody has to be making a bunch of money off our healthcare.  We pay way more than other countries do for worse results.

For this, and a lot of other reasons, we need to quit voting for criminal idiots. 

If anything Epstein has told me how mentally ill a lot of these billionaires are.  They are like hoarders, except not for junk, but for money.  He had business connections and could make these billionaire parasites even more money or so they thought.  So, they didn't care that he was a pedo.  They needed another vacation house and that was more important than any concerns about hanging with a known pedo.
