"Hardcore" cases—well-documented events which defied any conceivable conventional explanation—made up only 1.5% of the reports.  What are those?  Why don't you contact this scientist and tell them you've conceived of an explanation, with that explanation being, it's not possible?  It's so convincing.

Then why has our government wasted so much effort on only UFOs?  Why haven't we had top secret programs for ghosts, where everything is hidden?  Or gods, or the supernatural? 

If we had such program and they admitted they had spent 80 years studying ghosts and gods, at the highest levels, don't you think they'd apologize for being so stupid too?  Why don't they do this when the UFO files were started to be released?

Whatever effing reality you live in, makes zero sense.  Again, you don't even need to look at any evidence to see the smoke.  If what you say is true how our government and the people I have mentioned behaved, makes no sense.  Somehow in the distorted reality you live in, this all jives with what you believe, when it doesn't and is completely inconsistent.

I watched a few different shots after that and the other ones and saw that it was stated that it appeared to be moved my with the wind.  So, not very impressive after further thought.

Why didn't they figure this out in 1948, if it has always been foreign technology?  How is there evidence even of satellites in space before Sputnik if it's always been foreign technology?  Why are 1.5 percent completely unexplainable and 9% not being able to be so easy to be discounted?

Again, this reality that you live in doesn't comport with what we do know.

If it's a psy-ops, why collect evidence for 80 years and wait 80 years to release it? 

It's a good thing you don't work in intelligence.  If you had any say, you'd think investigating the loch ness monster for 80 years, and hiding all our findings and making them super top secret, then 80 years later releasing them, could serve some useful purpose, nefarious or not.   It would be completely pointless and useless to do that.
