Do you think we have any top secret "are genies real" military programs?  Why do we not have those, but have been studying UFO phenomena for years and the best answers we have is, those are definitely not ours.  If they aren't ours, then it's not crazy to ask whose are they.

The DMV!!??    Oh no.  I have to say, it's run pretty good in Florida. In most places, there is a long wait time.

That's made up of private agents in NJ. which makes it efficient. But, vehicle registration and driver licensing is a government requirement. Not really a private desire or demand.
