Ukrainian missiles strike defense plant deep in Russia, Zelenskyy says
Flamingo missiles struck the “Titan-Barricade” manufacturing site in Volgograd, Ukrainian president said.

“This is a major industrial complex where the enemy manufactures artillery systems and specialized military equipment, including components for missile launchers used to strike our people,” Zelenskyy said. “Every Russian defense facility that serves the war against Ukraine is a just target for our long-range sanctions.”

Andrey Bocharov, governor of the Volgograd region, confirmed the strike on Telegram, saying it resulted in one dead, a factory worker, and 11 others injured.

You are welcome.  Most of you have probably never heard most of these songs, including this one.

I watched a segment of a video of Dana White discussing this:

"High-level wrestlers are increasingly choosing coaching over MMA because coaching positions and Regional Training Centers (RTCs) now offer steady, six-figure salaries. Many elite wrestlers feel that the low pay, grueling training camps, and health risks in MMA aren't worth the financial squeeze compared to stable academic or club coaching careers."

Why go to the to ufc and suffer potential injuries?  It's not like boxing where you suffer brain damage beating each other's brains in, but that life is grueling.  Even going into high school wrestling, it was night and day to junior high.  Same for football, but wrestling practice made football look easy.

So I watched  this movie again BRIDGE ON THE RIVER KWAI… AND AS I WATCHED IT, IT OCCURRED TO ME…. NOBODY IN THE MOVIE WAS ACTUALLY EVIL…. EVERYBODY IN IT THOUGHT THEY WERE DOING WHAT WAS RIGHT AT LEAST BY THEIR OWN STANDARDS….. THE BRITISH COLONEL WHO GOT SO CAUGHT UP IN PROVING BRITISH SUPERIORITY THAT HE WOUND UP BUILDING A BRIDGE FOR THE ENEMY… THE JAPANESE COMMANDER, WHO, BY THE WAY HE WAS RAISED IN THE CULTURE HE WAS RAISED CERTAINLY WOULD NOT HAVE CONSIDERED HIMSELF EVIL, AND IN FACT, HE EVEN HAD HIS GOOD POINTS…. AT THE END OF THE MOVIE WHEN SO MANY PEOPLE DIE AND YOU SEE THE DOCTOR STANDING THERE AND HE SAYS THESE TWO WORDS….. MADNESS…. MADNESS…. FOR A SECOND OR TWO IT’S NOT ABOUT A MOVIE TALKING ABOUT IT’SELF ,ITS  ABOUT THE INSANITY OF WAR IN GENERAL…. HOW PEOPLE ARE ALL ABLE TO CONVINCE THEMSELVES THAT THEY ARE THE GOOD GUYS….

Almost everyone in ufc who is good was a wrestler.  Jiu-Jitsu is like just learning a few new moves ... moves you can't use in wrestling.  You also never want to go on your table with jiu-jitsu.  It opens you up to an easy choke and fights over.  If you are down, you fight from your back.  Never on your knees and arms.  It's easy peasy.

I've choked out a couple of dudes who eff'd with me.

My son is at kitty hawk:
