You could say the same about Chris Cornell, but he went on to do well after Soundgarden.

Scott Weiland too.

I almost have more respect for artists that can leave a band with huge success, change circumstances, and still have huge success.
Nothing he did on his own was as good as The Police.

Good is all relative.  It's a spectrum.  No matter how good you are, you can only have one best song ever, too.  If that's what you compare everything someone produces to ... mega hits... yeah, none of it is as good, but what are you comparing it to.  I look at longevity.  If you can be relevant for 2-3 decades in music, especially if you have changed bands, props to you.

Today with smart phones and a million channels and movies on tv, it's only gonna get harder for artists to stay relevant.

For those who are slow, the "prove I am lying" is in reference to Angel and PL.

That was fun.
  Watched US-Paraguay World Cup game

US looked good.
Most goals for US team in a World Cup game since  1930 and first time one player scored more than 1 goal in a game. Balogun had 2

Had 3-0 lead until like late in game and Paraguay scored one.
US passed 20 times all had to do is let time end and got shot scored on last play of game.

Folarin Balogun scores twice as USMNT beats Paraguay 4-1 in World Cup opener
The U.S. men's national team kicked off its World Cup campaign with a thrilling win over Paraguay on Friday night in Los Angeles.

I don't think we were destroying their material and I think they still had centrifuges, but I can't say I know all of the details of the specific deal we had with them before this all started.

If you go back to when had prior deal I think uranium moved out of country to Russia I believe. IAEA had inspections and stuff and it was only lowly enriched that was allowed. Now it wasn't perfect. Iran had proxy groups, terror and missiles. They have some of that now. Been degraded some for now, less missiles etc. but still have lot. They claimed all their nuclear destroyed a year ago when bombed them.

I dealt with my special needs son and engineering son arguing like those two.  I told them to turn on the tv and turn up the volume.

I told them last night and today, I feel like they are 5 years old again, arguing over stupid sh1t.  They called my ex-wife tonight with some bull sh1t.  She was sleeping, but answered.  I said in the back ground, "I've been dealing with it all day."

"...Trump humiliated as CNN airs montage of 39 times he's announced deals with Iran..."

Sounds a lot closer than ever has and would be a good thing.
You saw what Pakistan and countries been working trying to end war have said
Say final draft is done.
I hope approved quickly.
Now it goes into the 60 days when negotiate on all technical details on destroying uranium say. Lot better than military invading to search for it and take out.
Of course have to be verification

Straits were open before war but they did have enriched uranium.

How long does it take for all of it to be gone and to not be a threat.  I also don't trust Russia or China, after North Korea.  That's like having the Gambino's in charge of me paying taxes.

I wanted to see SpaceX closing price
It was trading $172 this afternoon when had TV on before went to school
Pretty good first day

SpaceX stock jumps nearly 20% following largest IPO ever

SpaceX's (SPCX) stock opened at $150 on Friday — an 11% jump from its IPO price — and finished up nearly 20% for the day.

The rocket and satellite company priced its IPO Thursday night at $135 per share ahead of today's debut on the Nasdaq Composite (^IXIC), trading under the ticker SPCX (SPCX).

"SpaceX going public is an important moment for the broader tech sector in our view as this AI Revolution and data takes this next step forward," Wedbush analyst Dan Ives wrote in a note to investors Friday morning.

Closed at $160.95 and after hours 8 PM tonight $166.83

Of course value of company nowhere near this but buy and hope it turns out as good as billed it could.

CNN · cnn.com

In recent weeks, Iran has dramatically escalated efforts to seal off its cache of near bomb-grade uranium, deliberately collapsing tunnels and booby-trapping entrances with explosive mines, according to five sources familiar with US intelligence.

Getting to the roughly half-a-ton of highly-enriched uranium is now far more difficult, dangerous and time-consuming than it already was just a month ago, when President Donald Trump was publicly signaling that he might order the US military to seize it, the sources said.

The new fortifications by the Iranians add an additional layer of complexity to the Trump administration’s proposed deal with Tehran to remove and destroy its uranium, and the move raises questions about who will take on the dangerous task of digging it out.

Top Tren de Aragua leader killed in US military strike, Trump announces

One of the top leaders of Tren de Aragua, a cartel and US-designated terrorist organization, has been killed in a US military strike, President Donald Trump said Friday.

Héctor Rusthenford Guerrero Flores, known as Niño Guerrero, was credited with transforming a Venezuelan prison gang into a transnational operation with tentacles stretching through large swathes of Latin America, the United States and even across the Atlantic to Spain.

Guerrero, who was listed as a most wanted fugitive by US Immigration and Custom Enforcement, was killed in “a swift and lethal kinetic strike,” Trump announced Friday evening on Truth Social.

His post included a video showing a green roofed building disappearing under a cloud of billowing smoke caused by a massive explosion.

The president said the strike was “coordinated closely with our friends in Venezuela, with whom we are working very well.”

It was conducted earlier this week in collaboration with Venezuelan security forces, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth lated added on X.
