30 years ago that would have been manners. Now days it comes off as a sign that some Dems just want to ignore the anti American behavior, and indeed crimes, of their republican coworkers.
IMO we cannot afford to go back to "business as usual". The republicans count on that from Dems much the same as bad cops count on the people and the courts to excuse and facilitate their crimes.
