SAVE Act is Save America Voter Eligibility Act
It is GOP Sen. Tillis that opposes bill says it is dead because if passed there wouldn't be enough time to implement before election.
Said it took North Carolina a year to implement Voter ID.
Further says not funded and no implementation rules
Simple majority won't do it. Under rules it requires 60 in Senate and votes aren't there
