The problem for republicans is that even if many people like myself are not fans of democrats, we also aren't fans of whatever the eff maga is too.  We also find the constant daily sh1t show to be very tiring and embarrassing.  So, they will lose everyone who isn't a blind fan boy of Trump.  Even when the Soviets were storming Berlin, there was probably 25-30 percent of Germans who just adored Hitler too.  You will always have those types, for both parties.
