Beach was perfect with the clouds and not too hot.  Nice breeze.

Now you have me looking at salt water fishing rods, lol.  I don't need the best.  I can get a cheapo for less than a hondo, it looks.

I wasn't really checking anyone out.  There is probably more of that at the resorts.  I am a little north of the strip and it's more locals by me and all nice houses on the beach, no resorts.

I just use my Catfish and my Bass gear. Just make sure you clean the salt off/out of it.   Something I learned last time I went, many fish ride the breakers.  Stand out there and watch the waves as they break, you will likely see fish in them.

I used to watch the fishing off the pier in Huntington beach , don't need a fishing license . I didn't fish because we were
partying at the bars there.

Andrew Tate continues to whine and cry about the supposed conditions in which he’s being kept, which I think is a clear attempt to appeal to Donald Trump to get him freed and block his extradition to the U.K., where he and his brother face a total of 59 charges, including sexual assault, human trafficking, child p*rnography, and multiple violent acts toward women.
The funny part of this lowlife creature’s pathetic whining (such an “alpha male”) is that he claims he’s being kept in some of the most inhumane and unbelievable conditions — including not having safe drinking water, no access to phone calls, and no basic privileges at all — yet somehow he’s been posting on social media multiple times every day.
So, let me get this straight: he doesn’t have “yard time,” no access to phone calls, no commissary, no visitors, and is overall being kept in totally inhumane conditions… except they’ve allowed him social media access so he can endlessly whine about how he claims he’s being mistreated?
Is that what this predator is saying?

I surf fished.  You can do regular beach stuff, and fish at the same time. lol

That's why I like trolling and ice fishing.  Sometimes, if fish aren't biting, casting is all casting and little catching.

I'll probably just buy a salt water rod, so I don't need to schlep my fishing gear back and forth.

Last time I fished a bluegill hooked me good . Dr. ended up ripping it out the same way it went in. He
sent the nurse for needle nose pliers while worked it When she came back I said don't cut the eye off
just pull it on out.

The cities have to pay for replacement but maybe not renew contract.

In your case, that is a good plan.  But two rods at least. lol

You will need some rod holders or DIY some out of PVC.

I built mine to be both tall (helps keep the line out of the breaking surf and strollers can walk under it) and easy to set and remove. (Just extra holes I slide a piece of 1/4 inch rebar in to use as a handle when needed)
