I can't sleep late anymore. No matter what. I thought cutting back on drinking would help.  I don't wake up at 3 AM for two hours, but still don't sleep good.

I have always been a fan of naps.  What's nice since I am up so early working, by noon, I can have 6 hours in.  So, I can rest and work a few hours later.  Or if I am up at 6 and in 2-3 hours of meetings rest for an hour or 2 at 9 or 10.  Then work.  I am okay working at 8 PM-1 Am.  I value flexibility and since I work with people all over the world, in different time zones, I kind of need it.

I will drink this weekend, then I am going dry for a few weeks until an occasion, where I pretty much have to drink.  Then, I am going dry again for a while.

I wanted to start running this week, but figured it would all be a waste being at the beach 4 days after.

Not sleeping ends up in serious brain issues.

I had a couple of IPAs when we arrived.  We brought down all my kitchen cabinets.  I had to haul my trailer.  My one son is sick.  My other son drove his car cause he's going back to the NC coast, where he works on Sunday.

I belive I told you all that I am going to Brazil.  I am going to Montreal too.  This fall.  They both reached out to me and ask me to come.

I have never been to Quebec.

I have so much to do.  Traveling down and up there that long is going to set met back, but it will be good.

My 9:30 meeting is now like my 6:00 Am meetings.  Good night.
