Outside the range of unrefueled aircraft?

Could be, who knows?  But I betcha Iran has a different idea about that than trump does.

Leaving it open like that could certainly be taken to mean such as Kuwait.  It was a worse than rookie move.

"...A Mississippi police officer has been placed on administrative leave after a shooting while responding to an alleged shoplifting complaint killed a one-year-old child – and prompted local protests.

Demonstrations erupted in Senatobia after the police killing on Sunday of Kohen Wiley. That included Tuesday evening, when protesters gathered outside Senatobia city hall while municipal officials held a meeting inside.

As tensions escalated, law enforcement officers wearing gas masks formed a line in front of the Walmart where protests also took place on Tuesday – and deployed an irritant colloquially referred to as teargas toward demonstrators, forcing people at the scene to disperse.

Police had on Sunday responded to a report alleging someone attempted to steal a box of diapers from the Senatobia Walmart. An officer fired a gun at a vehicle before it left the scene, according to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI)..."

That was for 2028 anyway. What I read said won't do it in special session because has to be period for public comments. Plenty of time to do comments and do in regular session before then.

This is the one I am interested in, what exactly does that mean?   The Gulf states?

"The US will withdraw it's troops from the areas around Iran"

I'm a bit confused on $300 billion too. As I read we're giving $24 billion upfront. Must be gesture of good faith we were talking about.
Everything else hear from US says this is performance based if/when Iran meets certain goals. More when do this. More when do that maybe. Most importantly when nuclear satisfied. Down blending and whatever agree to(if do) on enrichment.

So on $24 billion it says US issues all required licenses etc.
Similar language on at least $300 billion reconstruction fund. The text Teaman printed doesn't say Gulf countries but everything I read about it does.
If Qatar wants to pay or UAE, any other Arab Gulf States want to pay Iran whatever they want whenever they want I don't see we can do a thing about it unless such countries were willing not to pay until US satisfied.
I read allowing Iran to sell oil is now.
Not entirely sure US wouldn't agree to pay into the at least $300 billion fund if Trump satisfied with final agreement

It is signed. This is it.
Any agreement after 60 days which Trump by the way says he doesn't mind if longer than 60 days we don't know what it will be.
Friday is formality of what already done.
Not so quick....We are NOT giving them money like you all think...
