It didn't take you long to catch up where you once were. Take it easy, don't want to wear yourself out. lol

Sounds like my youth !
I enjoy a drink or two, but I can't handle it anymore. I like to be in control and know what I'm doing and what day it is.. ; )
I detest hangovers now.
Good morning honeybee 😁
Hoping your day will shine like your eyes 🌟 🌹

My day started with thud, thud, thud, thud, thud, crash.

My one labradoodle slept in my sons room and when he went to walk down the stairs in the morning he fell down them and crashed into a child safety gate I have set up (so my dogs stay downstairs unless the kids are watching them up there) and broke the gate in half (really it's toast and busted to hell).

He's super cute and affectionate and likes to lay on top of you, but so clumsy.  He is a chonker.  Hes like a sticky Labrador body type,  He's always last to go outside and usually takes a detour through the kitchen on his way out.  Last to come in from outside.  I took him jogging with me once and he made it about a mile before I had to slow down or else I was going to drag him.  I gave up after 1.5 miles.  I was practically jogging in place.  His favorite thing to do is lounge around the house.  Doesn't really like to play with me or toys (unlike my other two labradoodles).  He would never make it in the wild, lol.

I can take him out in public, though.  He's great in public and great with people.  He will just go and lay down.  My other two will whine and my other male won't stop.  My female will calm down after while and I can take her sometimes, but I usually just take the chonker cause he is super chill.  Other two are whiny in the truck, at first.  The chonker just lays down.  He's been naughty (gotten into the garbage in my kitchen and he counter surfs) before and I've smacked his butt and he just keeps wagging his tail and is all happy ... doesn't even phase him.

My poor baby is even more lazy today.  My son just commented that maybe he is hurt.  He hasn't left the couch.  I said he's probably embarrassed, lol.  Then I went to pet him and told him it's okay and we forgive him.  He broke the wood in half on the gate.

I have to drink ridiculous beyond black out amounts to get a hang over.  I never get them.

I can stay in control and drink a lot. I've lost it a few times though ... probably more than a few.

People usually laugh their asses off.  I'm not a violent drunk.  I'm hilarious from what people say.

There have been a few times I've woken up where I have done wrong.  Not gonna a lie, but a lot of times they are still laughing cause it's so unlike me. I'm usually a lot of fun to go out with.  I almost always only get in trouble with my one brother.  He's like 300-275 pounds and can drink more than me cause he's bigger.  I'm 200-180 pounds when I'm really healthy 170, but I'll go shot for shot with him and he likes shots. I've completely lost control a few times, but I guess it's effing hilarious and everyone is laughing the next day and I feel like shyte.  I've tried to learn.  That's why this summer at that bar I had women waving to me to come over by them and I just bought them shots and told the bartender I am too **** up to talk to them ... I was already drinking water.  My friends wanted to party afterwards and I said if we don't leave now now I'm gonna lose my sh1t and I won't be responsible for what happens.

My brother said we should trademark a shirt that says "I'm not responsible for what happens after 3 shots."  If I get to a certain point I'm not even in control anymore, but I'm never violent unless some man is **** with me.  Then all bets are off. I can usually **** them up like that too.  I'm less likely to walk away when I have been drinking too.  I still always say you'd be best to go.  90 percent of the time they don't believe me, tho and they keep running their mouth.

I had 3 guys jump me once.  I sent one away in an ambulance in a neck brace on an stretcher and beat the shyte out of another one of them.  Not bragging.  It really happened.  I have the disorderly conduct on my record and was young and stupid and forgot about my court date.  It was self defense though.

I like to have fun when I drink, tho.  I don't like to look for problems.

I'm up to 8.17 miles today and kept a 7 mile pace for 70 minutes. If I can do a half marathon in under 1 hour 50 min, I'll be happy.  Once I train up I think I can do one in an hour and a half.  It is almost like it had gotten easier for me as I'be gotten older.  Don't know what is going on with me.

I have been in a pickle or two in my younger days through alcohol. I think we have all been there, and we wise up as we get older. But I still enjoy a drink or two I must admit.
Happy New Year 🎊🎉❤

Hello Jemima,

Having a drink or 2 is fine, sometimes I will have 3 depending on the mood. But alcohol gives me headches and a woosy stomach so I only have a drink once in a blue moon. But one beer a day I can do to help me relax if need be.

3 pints of IPA for me is the sweet spot.  I fast all day, tho and might have some cheese for lunch and usually drink on an empty stomach after running while I make dinner.  So it hits me.

I enjoyed reading your story, the poor dog must of felt bad, I'm sure it was an accident.

He's clumsy.  He and my other boy have gone to jump on my bed and doink off the side.  They are babies.
They follow me around all day.  I'm on my bed now and all 3 are on my bed too, sprawled out.  My kids sleep with usually 2 of them and then they go to school in the morning and sometimes I don't get up (my kids are in high school) and they sit outside my door and cry all morning.
