I ran 9.14 miles today in 1 hour and 20 minutes ... I didn't sleep good Saturday into Sunday cause I drank too much beer and slept like ****.  So I postponed my Sunday run until today and it was hard today.  I felt great last time I ran, not today.

3 pints of IPA for me is the sweet spot.  I fast all day, tho and might have some cheese for lunch and usually drink on an empty stomach after running while I make dinner.  So it hits me.

You need to eat more, and not run so much,

He's clumsy.  He and my other boy have gone to jump on my bed and doink off the side.  They are babies.
They follow me around all day.  I'm on my bed now and all 3 are on my bed too, sprawled out.  My kids sleep with usually 2 of them and then they go to school in the morning and sometimes I don't get up (my kids are in high school) and they sit outside my door and cry all morning.

So your dogs dont like to be alone. Kids grow up fast, enjoy it while you can.

My day started with thud, thud, thud, thud, thud, crash.

My one labradoodle slept in my sons room and when he went to walk down the stairs in the morning he fell down them and crashed into a child safety gate I have set up (so my dogs stay downstairs unless the kids are watching them up there) and broke the gate in half (really it's toast and busted to hell).

He's super cute and affectionate and likes to lay on top of you, but so clumsy.  He is a chonker.  Hes like a sticky Labrador body type,  He's always last to go outside and usually takes a detour through the kitchen on his way out.  Last to come in from outside.  I took him jogging with me once and he made it about a mile before I had to slow down or else I was going to drag him.  I gave up after 1.5 miles.  I was practically jogging in place.  His favorite thing to do is lounge around the house.  Doesn't really like to play with me or toys (unlike my other two labradoodles).  He would never make it in the wild, lol.

I can take him out in public, though.  He's great in public and great with people.  He will just go and lay down.  My other two will whine and my other male won't stop.  My female will calm down after while and I can take her sometimes, but I usually just take the chonker cause he is super chill.  Other two are whiny in the truck, at first.  The chonker just lays down.  He's been naughty (gotten into the garbage in my kitchen and he counter surfs) before and I've smacked his butt and he just keeps wagging his tail and is all happy ... doesn't even phase him.
That’s cute. All fur babies are cute and cuddly and I miss some that have passed on to never be seen again.

Thanks for the story and I have a few I will share next time. 🙂

I'm not really losing too much weight, but my belt is getting tighter.  Not sure what is going on.

Mine are all in high school and pretty self sufficient already and spend a lot of time in their rooms.

Yeah, we go out sometimes.  Day to day they spend a lot of time in their rooms.

I had a male cardinal on my back screened deck cause I left the screened door from it to the outside propped open.  I spent 10-15 minutes trying to shoo him out with a broom.  Dumb dumb couldn't find the doorway.  It was dark outside, so I dunno if that made it harder.   I even walked through it a few times and stood outside and tried to get his attention.  Then I saw my sons lacrosse stick with the net on the end on my deck.  I grabbed it and right away I got him out.  He was clinging to the screen and I put the net between him and the screen.  And he stood in it net part and I put him outside and he flew away.

I think he is the cardinal that I always see on the trees outside my back deck for years.  He looked healthy.  I love male cardinals.  They are so beautiful.

Golden Rule ! Never drink on an empty stomach. If you don't fancy eating then have some milk to line the stomach. Unless your intention is to get pissed quickly ! 😂😃
Happy New Year 🎊🎉❤

I can usually drink like a fish.  Women are different.  Lovely, but different.

Quality time is important I think.

Lol.  It was red.  The kids said he was in there when they came home from school.  He was probably happy to fly back to his nest.

Quality time is important I think.

We have some.  I don't need to go out to have quality time, but we do sometimes.  Last night we all went to the store and I made an almost 12 pound spiral cut ham I had out in my freezer that I needed to use and they all helped clean the kitchen and put it away and we had a nice meal.  I'll make a big stick pot of split pea soup with the leftovers tomorrow.
