Ciggarette prices are unbelievable! The gov. keeps raising the tax. I wonder how that's all working out in New York at, 15 a pack the last I heard. NY is the 2nd highest in the world. Canada is the highest at 20 a pack last I heard a couple of years ago. There are alot of people that cannot afford these prices. a pack a day habbit is alot, what about the 2-3 pack a day habbit people. If they cant quit and dont have the cash what are people going to do? I wouldn't want to be around any of them when their niccoteene fit kicks in!
Hi Jackie, I'm a smoker, and used to smoke cigarettes, but now the prices are £10.00 per pack here, phew !
So now I roll my own, and it is much cheaper and I smoke less as well, which is a good thing.
We have very high taxes over here as well. Products go up , but our wages never do. ; (
